Our Story

stechvqh was born from a profound realization that struck our founder, Mihai Dragomir, during his trek through the Carpathian Mountains in 2025. Having spent years in the corporate world feeling unfulfilled despite his professional success, he experienced a moment of clarity at the summit of Moldoveanu Peak that would change his life—and later the lives of thousands of Romanians.

Upon his return to Bucharest, Mihai assembled a team of psychologists, business strategists, and personal development experts to create a new approach to self-actualization—one that would be uniquely tailored to the Romanian context and mindset. By early 2026, stechvqh was launched as Romania's first comprehensive platform for personal transformation.

Our name, stechvqh, combines elements from Romanian and Sanskrit words representing "self" and "transformation." From our humble beginnings in a small office in Cluj-Napoca, we've grown to become Romania's leading motivation and self-realization platform, with a presence in 12 cities across the country and plans to expand throughout Eastern Europe by 2028.
